Can I order just one shirt?
Yes. Our minimum is one shirt, whether you’re making a personal gift, trying a design, or ordering for a group.
Can you meet my event date?
Include your desired date in your quote request. We’ll check garment availability and our production schedule before confirming timing.
Do you ship, or can I pick up locally?
We ship orders and offer local pickup in Edwardsville, Illinois, by appointment. We’ll confirm delivery details and any shipping charges with your quote.
What shirts and sizes are available?
Gildan Softstyle and Comfort Colors are starting options. Tell us your preferred style, color, and size range, and we’ll confirm availability and any extended-size charges in your quote.
How do I send my design?
Select Add file in the quote form to upload your artwork. Tell us where you’d like it printed and the approximate print size. You can also email your file to heather@goshengraphics.co.
What happens after I request a quote?
We’ll review your artwork and project details, then follow up by email. Garments, print placement, final pricing, and timing are confirmed with you before production.
What if I’m unsure about my artwork?
Send the file you have and explain what you’d like to make. We’ll review whether it’s suitable for printing and let you know if a different file or further artwork preparation is needed.
